Gardens to Piddle In
Get your hands dirty in our dedicated vegetable & fruit raised beds. Visitors can tend to the plants and even take home some of the harvest.
Enclosed Pavilion with Music
Our small enclosed pavilion includes a nostalgic turntable, records and an 8-track player. We have a huge collection of music titles.
Flower Beds and Potted Plants
Explore the beauty of our gardens. We have flower beds and flower containers where you can admire the colorful flower blooms and tend to the plants.
A Safe and Private Space
Safety is our top priority at Garden Day Getaway. Our grounds are meticulously maintained to create a hazard-free environment. We work closely with local assisted living facilities, veterans’ homes, and senior centers to ensure that our space meets the needs of our guests.
To maintain a peaceful and exclusive atmosphere, Garden Day Getaway is accessible by reservation only to a private group of senior facilities. This approach allows us to manage the number of visitors on-site and provide a personalized experience for each guest.
Our private setting ensures that you can enjoy your time outdoors without the distractions of crowded public spaces.

Private, Exclusive, Free Group Reservations
To ensure a private and uninterrupted experience, Garden Day Getaway offers exclusive reservations to one group at a time. This arrangement allows your group to enjoy the entire facility without sharing the space with others.
Reservations are free and we have two booking time slots each day:
morning sessions
8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Monday - Friday
afternoon sessions
1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Monday - Friday
NEED TO BOOK OVER LUNCH? BOOK THE ENTIRE DAY (by booking both sessions) and come when you want!
All bookings are managed through the calendar on our website, making it easy to select your preferred time. We encourage you to plan ahead and reserve your spot for a peaceful and relaxing outdoor retreat tailored just for you and your group.
Need to Cancel or Modify a Reservation?
Booking a reservation doesn’t mean you have to be here the whole time, feel free to come freely at any time during your booking window. If you need to Cancel Your Reservation or stay longer, just call or text us for availability or cancelation (you can also cancel via the link sent in your booking reservation email).
